XERA Terms

1. Using XERA

You must be 18 or older. XERA gives you an anonymous account tied to your device; you are responsible for what happens on it. We may change, pause or stop parts of the app at any time. We try to keep it running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free.

2. Atoms

• Atoms are app credit that you spend to send messages. Different answer levels (Lite, ProLT, Pro), short answers and attachments cost different amounts. The cost is shown in the app before you send.
• Atoms are not money. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, gift cards or anything outside the app, and are not a payment instrument.
• If the AI fails to answer, the Atoms for that message are given back.
• Costs, limits and rewards may change. The numbers shown in the app are the ones that apply.
• Your Atoms are tied to your device account. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, you may lose your account and Atoms, and we cannot restore them.

3. Free Atoms

• Starting Atoms: a new account starts with a free balance (currently 225 Atoms).
• Free refill: when your balance is low (currently under 50), you can get a free refill (currently 125 Atoms) once every 24 hours, until a lifetime total of free Atoms is reached (currently 600).
• Rewarded ads: you may choose to watch a rewarded ad to earn Atoms. Before each ad the app tells you what you must do and what you get. You can close an ad at any time; closing early gives no reward and does not affect normal use. Rewards are given after Google confirms the ad was completed, and there is a daily limit shown in the app.
• Free Atoms are a gift, not a promise. We may change, limit or stop them, and we may remove Atoms obtained by cheating.

4. Buying Atoms (Top-Up)

Not available in this version of XERA. You cannot pay for Atoms in the app today. If buying Atoms is added later, the price, what you get, and how refunds work will be shown before you pay, and this section will be updated.

5. Subscription and Golden Atoms

Not available in this version of XERA. No subscription (for example "Week Up") or "Golden Atoms" can be bought today. If subscriptions are added later, the price, billing period, renewal, how to cancel, and what happens to Atoms when a plan ends will be shown clearly before you pay, and this section will be updated. Any such payment would go through the app store's own payment system.

6. Deleting your account

• Email 044xeracontentuniverseexp@gmail.com from the email address you choose, with your account ID (shown in the app once available). We will delete the account and its usage records within 30 days.
• Deleting is permanent. Your Atoms and account cannot be restored, and Atoms have no cash value, so nothing is paid back.
• We do not keep your chat text on our server, so there is no chat history to delete there. Chats you saved on your phone stay on your phone until you remove the app or its data.
• Ad data held by Google is managed in your Google settings.

7. AI answers

Answers are produced by AI and can be wrong, outdated or incomplete. They are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Check important things with a qualified person. Do not type passwords, bank details or government ID numbers into the chat.

8. Rules and liability

• Do not use XERA to break the law, harm others, create harmful or abusive content, or attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not create many accounts, use bots or scripts, or fake ad views to collect Atoms. We may limit or end accounts that do.
• XERA is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the app or relying on its answers, or from the loss of free Atoms. Nothing here removes rights you have under law that cannot be removed.
• We may update these terms. The latest version is on this page. If a change is important, the app will ask you to review it again.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under law.
